In a speech to the National Forum on June 15, 2010, Michael Ignatieff released a major component of the next Liberal election platform: a plan to restore Canadian leadership in the world through a Global Networks Strategy. Dans un discours prononcé devant le Forum national, Michael Ignatieff a rendu public un volet majeur de la prochaine plateforme électorale des libéraux : un plan visant à redonner au Canada son leadership dans le monde grâce à une Stratégie des réseaux mondiaux.
