Two low-intensity tornadoes hit Quebec, damage sparse, says Environment Canada
MONTREAL – Environment Canada is confirming that two low-intensity tornadoes hit the Montreal region on Monday evening. The twisters, rated at F0 — the lowest intensity — by Environment Canada, touched down in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue and Mascouche.

I read this information in one of this legal advisor pages and but I haven’t read it anywhere… They say you can move to the province you want whether you apply to Canada or to Quebec.
