Quebec police find missing handicapped woman
A Quebec man who vanished with his handicapped step-daughter has turned up at a Montreal hospital, but he is too confused to tell investigators what happened over the preceding two days.

Four cyclists struck by vehicle, one in critical condition: Quebec police
ROUGEMONT, Que. – Quebec provincial police say four cyclists were struck by a car as they rode along a rural highway this morning near Montreal. Provincial police spokeswoman Sgt. Martine Isabelle says of the four cyclists, one is deemed to be in critical condition.
